location: the hotel was near to main bus / train station, restaurants and bars in the old city, and the historical centre, shops, bars and even the sea. and it was around 10-15 minutes walk from trattoria da salvo, ate there couple of times.

Everything was great, really enjoyed our perfectly pleasant stay. Booked a room with a well-functioning bathroom. - the breakfasts with excellent coffee. - the hotel's location was unbeatable, just off the historic center of Palermo and a short distance to Palermo Centrale railway station.

Convenient spot close to the cool old town 👌. Just a short stroll away from both the historic center and the train station. You'll find plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, which is super handy if you want to grab a bite or have a drink 🍹.

my recent stay at a b&b in Palermo was absolutely fantastic. the property was modern, clean, and very comfortable, exceeding my expectations. the location was perfect, just a short stroll from the train/bus station and close to the main crossroad. the owners were incredibly kind and made my stay so pleasant. I would definitely stay there again.

Breakfast timing was off.

The hosts were welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and spacious, just like the pictures showed. Loved the bathroom's strong shower and colored lights. It was also great to have a free coffee machine in the kitchen. The location was good - really close to the main crossroads in the city and within walking distance of shops and tourist sights.

The check-in process was a hassle, as the owner wasn't on-site and we had to wait in the Italian sun with our luggage until he arrived. , the breakfast was supposed to start at 8am, but we had to leave earlier and the owner did not accommodate us with a proper breakfast.

The attention to detail in the rooms was really good, with hooks and knobs everywhere to hang our belongings and even a clothesline on the balcony. It . The location was great, great to walk to popular attractions and restaurants within 10-15 minutes. The facilities were clean and new, and the wifi worked perfectly. Having a fridge in the room was convenient, and the disco shower added a fun touch. The staff, including Emanuel, were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. we had a wonderful experience at B&B Ponticello in Palermo.
